Imagine two situations; one in which you receive something from your parents that you’ve been wanting for long and one, where you gift your little sister something she has been wanting for the longest time. What would give you greater joy, receiving or giving?

As kids, receiving a gift wrapped in colorful papers could mean the world. However, eventually with age we stumble upon a strange discover that true joy lies in the art of giving than receiving. According to a Chinese saying, “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody. It has been unanimously agreed by thinkers for centuries that the essence of true happiness lies in helping others. Experiments show that helping others may be the secret to living a life which is not only happier but also healthier, wealthier, more productive and more meaningful.

Realizing this ultimate gateway to happiness, Rajya Anand Sansthan, Madhya Pradesh, operating under Adhyatma Vibhag started an initiative called ‘Anandam’, which encourages people to engage in the ‘Joy of Giving’. As a part of this, ‘Neki ki Deewar’ has been introduced in the state. The idea is to give people a platform to share their surplus with the lesser privileged. There are as many as 170 places across MP that are operating smoothly with the help of self-help organizations.

Rajya Anand Sansthan is inviting suggestions from people to bring further improvement in the initiative.

The main objective of the wall of righteousness is to deliver such goods to the real person who need it first , which is of no use to you. People can leave clothes, medicines, books etc. on the Divar ( wall) And the needy can take away unabated. The poor people take that items from wall and their needs full fil through DIWAR & wall
Thanku....
