Is yoga your fitness mantra and way of life? Also, the reason why you look energetic and flexible all the time?

So, it’s time for you to not just inhale exhale but also express your views on how yoga helps you to lead a healthy life and stay active.

Yoga is a form of exercise that ancient Sages of India have provided to us to safeguard health and today it has become widely popular all over the world. On 21st June, on the occasion of the 4th International Yoga Day 2018, Department of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh is organizing an essay writing competition on theme “Contribution of Yoga in our Daily Life”.

The essay must highlight the benefits of yoga and suggest ways how we can bring yoga in our daily life. Let’s celebrate this fitness mantra by writing our thoughts in an attractive, informative, fun, creative way, while keeping to the integrity of the theme.

Prize for State level:
Prize for winner: INR 5100/-
Second prize for runner-up: INR 3100/-
Third prize for second runner-up: INR 2100/-

Prize for District level:
Prize for winner: INR 1500/-
Second prize for runner-up: INR 1000/-
Third prize for second runner-up: INR 500/-

Don’t forget to take a few deep breaths before jotting down your powerful thoughts.

Terms & Conditions:
• Any citizen of the State can participate in this competition.
• The competition is open to all age groups.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• Please upload your entry in MS Word / PDF or JPEG format.
• The participant requires to write 500-800 words.
• The essay will be judged on the basis of ‘quality of thoughts’ expressed.
• Essays will be accepted in both Hindi and English languages.
• If the content was found to be copy and pasted the participant will be disqualified.
• The participant will be required to provide the name, email address, telephone number and district/city name.
• Department of AYUSH will shortlist 3 winners from state level and 3 from District level on the basis of quality of the entries.
• The prize money will be transferred through RTGS/NEFT.
• All entries would be judged by a committee constituted by the Department of AYUSH. The decision of the committee would be final.
• The selected entry and its copyright will be the property of the Department of AYUSH and any changes deemed fit to improve the same will be undertaken.
• Employees of the Department of AYUSH their family members and their relatives shall not be eligible to participate in the contest.
• In case of any dispute, the final decision will be valid to the Commissioner / Director, AYUSH Department.
• By registering for participation in the contest, the participant(s) warrant that:
a) They have complied with the entry conditions;
b) Their entries are original;
c) Their entry does not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.

hamare sarir ka jo part kisi bimari ya kisi aur wajah se jyada kharab ho to hame usi part se related yog karne chahiye jisse us yog se hmare us body ke part pr gahra asar pdta h aur hmara sarir bilkul swasth rhta hain..... dhanyabad mera naam sumit dixit....
