Love, happiness, harmony and peace is the basic nature of humans. We all know that happiness is the key to healthy living but we rarely know the secret of happiness. The secret is our inner feelings and emotions.

We often seek happiness by looking at others life and their source of happiness. We compare our lives to theirs and end up being unhappy. Happiness is simply an inside job. It comes from within and only we ourselves are responsible for our own happiness. The source of happiness need not always be an achievement or huge success. It lies in little things and small acts of kindness. Happiness can be attained by just helping someone, learning a new skill, living a passion or we can just be happy without any reason. In the race of life, we often fail to reflect on our inner happiness. We need simple reminders on how easy it is to be happy and it is happiness alone that drives life in a healthy manner.

In order to help you with this Rajya Anand Sansthan has developed an Anand Calendar. With the help of this calendar we can highlight those activities which make us happy. Actually, this calendar has been developed with the thought that we should actively practice staying happy.

सुझाव है कि स्कूल में मध्यान्ह भोजन को समाप्त किया जाना चाहिए, छात्रों की उपस्थिति महीने में 75% होने पर प्रत्येक छात्र के खाते में 33 रुपए दिन के हिसाब से 1000 रुपये प्रति माह खाते में जमा किए जाने चाहिए ताकि बह घर से या बाजार से नाश्ता या भोजन प्रतिदिन ला सके, इससे स्कूल में भी समय बरबाद नहीं होगा, सरकार का बजट भी बचेगा
