The season of festivals and ceremonies is here, but everything is different this year and it is important to take extra care in the wake of the pandemic. Until the Covid 19 vaccines hit the market, caution is the only safety that can be taken this season, while enjoying the occasions with similar fun and frolic.
The Department of Ayush is inviting suggestions on ways we can enjoy the festive season while keeping ourselves safe from COVID-19.

All of us want to rejoice in the mood of the festive season. Yet we are scared of the virus that has claimed thousands of lives worldwide. The easiest ways to prevent ourselves from COVID 19 are to keep our surroundings clean, wash our hands at regular intervals, wear masks, maintain social distancing and, avoid going to crowded places. Only through precautions and safety can we keep ourselves and our families safe from CoronaVirus.

The Department of Ayush is raising awareness of the pandemic. The Department is making concerted efforts to create mass awareness to check this pandemic. The Central as well as State Governments are providing round-the-clock emergency services to people contracting the disease. The only way to deal with it is when we come together and join hands. The season of festivities, especially weddings round the corner means an assemblage of large groups of people. In such a situation, the risk of spreading the virus increases manifolds. Only when we are prepared, can we avoid contamination and stop the spread of the virus. It is our collective responsibility to do so.

The Department of Ayush is inviting suggestions on the points mentioned below:
● What things should we keep in mind during the festive season?
● During a marriage ceremony, what precautions can be taken to avoid the virus and ensure safety?
● Spreading of the virus is the highest in crowded places. Given the wedding season around, how can we avoid going to such places?

The times are challenging, not only for our country but for people across the globe. yet/but , we can contain this challenge if we join hands.

न्यू ईयर की पार्टियाँ गली मोहल्ले में न हों,आतिशबाजी और स्पीकर पर रोक लगे । केवल निर्धारित होटलों,सार्वजनिक स्थानों में सेनेटाइजेशन के साथ उत्सव की अनुमति दी जाए।
