Normally it is seen that the tractor drivers specially who belongs to villages are unaware of traffic rules. A proper training of traffic rules should be given to them .

Normally it is seen that the tractor drivers are not trained in driving. They do not have any driving license. It is very important to check the age of driver because some times it is seen they are under age or some times they have eye problems too. I think it should be checked by Police or traffic police .

Public transport system be arranged identifying the more traffic area of trolley travelling so that public avoid travelling in trolleys.Only farm/other goods be allowed in trolleys.

1.The driver should drive the tractor within speed limit specified in that area.He should be well aware if road conditions.He should have a valid licence.He should ensure that the trolley is loaded with specified limit.
2.The citizens should resist driver not to overload
trolley.They should remind driver about speed limit while driving.The owner of the tractor also should give strict instructions to driver about overload and speed limits from time to time.

एक महीने तक एक एक कर हर राज्य में सैन्य शाशन लगा देना चाहिए क्योंकि हमारे देश में अलग अलग अलग पार्टियों का आंदोलन शुरू हो जाता हैं।
*प्रथम चरण में सभी को एक जगह अपना अपना अतिक्रमण हटा लिने का आदेश जारी कर देना चाहिए तथा जो लोग बीच मे आए उन पर सेना करवाई करेगी।
*द्वितीय चरण में सभी अतिक्रमण को जेसीबी हटा देना चाहिए।
*तृतीय चरण में रोड़ का निर्माण में दो लेन सिर्फ भारी वाहन के लिए होने चाहिए एक लें 4पैया व 2पैया वाले वाहनों के लिए होना चाहिए

सर्दी के मौसम में फसलों का सीजन होने के चलते इन दिनों हर सड़क पर धान, पूलियां आदि से लदी ट्रॉलियां दौड़ रही हैं। इनमें एक-आध को छोड़ किसी भी ट्राली पर न तो रिफलेक्टर ही लगे रहते हैं और न ही रेडियम पट्टी। इस कारण ये ट्रॉलियां रात में अक्सर कोहरे के चलते दूर से नहीं दिखती हैं और कार या मोटरसाइकिल जैसे वाहन इन ट्रॉलियों में घुस जाते हैं। वहीं कृषि को बढ़ावा देने को ट्रैक्टर-ट्रालियों और जुगाड़ से तैयार किए गए वाहनों से लोग अन्य व्यावसायिक कार्य भी लेते हैं।

सड़क पर दुर्घटना रोकने के लिए ट्रेक्टर-ट्राली पर आवश्यकता से अधिक लोगों को नहीं बैठाना चाहिए। सड़क पर यदि गढ्ढे हो तो आराम से धीरे धीरे चलाना चाहिए।
