Under the ambit of Ayushman Bharat, Deen Dayal Swasthya Suraksha Mission Madhya Pradesh is an attempt to reduce the financial burden on poor and ensure their access to quality health services.

It will help Madhya Pradesh capitalize its demographic dividend, ensure enhanced productivity, well-being and avert wage loss and impoverishment.

Through this plan, the government will benefit around 1.37 crore families through a network of empaneled health care hospitals across the state.

To generate awareness among the population about healthcare, Department of Public Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh is organizing a logo contest for Deen Dayal Swasthya Suraksha Mission MP. The logo must reflect the essence of the mission and build an identify for the initiative.

The selected entry will be awarded a prize money of Rs 5000/-

Terms and Conditions:
• Participant’s name, district, email address along with phone number must be submitted.
• The competition is open to all Indian citizens only.
• All entries must be original.
• The text and artworks used in the logo must be in Hindi only.
• Kindly upload your logo in PDF, JPEG or PNG format.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted for selection purposes.
• A small description in 100 words should be provided to explain the concept of the logo.
• Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
• All entries would be judged by a committee constituted by the Department of Public Health and Family Welfare. The decision of the committee would be final.
• The selected entry and its copyright will be the property of the department and any changes deemed fit to improve the same will be undertaken.
• By registering for participation in the contest, the participant(s) warrant that:
a) They have complied with the entry conditions;
b) Their entries are original;
c) Their entry does not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.

This logo will tell the people of state to come and participate in the mission to maintain their health as well as engage others to be a part of it.It will also tell about diseases that are overcoming the people which decrease their capability to work and decreases the growth of state.

इस लोगो में चिकित्सा से संबंधित कुछ प्रतीक चिह्नो का प्रयोग किया गया है,और बाईं तरफ के हाथों को दान या सहयोग करते हुये तथा बाईं तरफ के हाथों को ग्रहण कर्ता या जरूरतमंद के रूप में दर्शाया गया है ।

लोगो में चाँद और (+) का सिम्बल दिया गया हैं
चाँद का लोगो से तालुक ये है की हम अपनी जिन्दगी को चाँद से कम न समझे + का सिम्बल ये है इस धरती पे दूसरा चाँद डॉक्टर है जिसे हमारी जिन्दगी को सहराना देते हैं जो की इस सिम्बल में दर्शया गया हैं |

इस लोगो को बनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य- मानव, मानव स्वास्थ्यऔर प्रकृति के मध्य संबंध बताना है। चूँकि आज का पर्यावरण इतना प्रदूषित हो गया है कि हम दिन प्रतिदिन किसी न किसी प्रकार की बीमारी से ग्रस्त रहते है। और हमारे सभी रोगों का निदान भी प्रकति के पास ही है। आयुर्वेद औषधि जो कि हमें प्रकृति से ही प्राप्त होती है से भी मानव पूरी तरह से स्वस्थ रह सकता है। अतः हम प्रकृति का संरक्षण करेंगे तो वह भी हमारा संरक्षण करेगी

लोगो अनुसार एक श्रमि‍क दर्शित किया गया है जो कि मजदूरी कर जीवन यापन करता है वह बीमारी की वजह से कार्य नही कर पा रहा है एवं बीमारी में स्वास्थ्य के अतिरिक्ता भार से गिर रहां है तभी आयुष्मान भारत भारत के द्वारा संचालित दीन दयाल स्वासस्य् ब सुरक्षा मिशन म0प्र0 रूपी एक स्वास्थ्य प्रतिनीधी द्वारा उसको स्वास्थ्य संबंधी वित्तीय बोझ कम कर सहारा दिया जाता है एवं प्लास चिन्हि के अनुसार उसे गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रदान कि जा रही है ।
