DESIGN & WIN: COMIC STRIP FOR “SWACHH BHARAT MISSION, SINGRAULI”

Do you think you have what it takes to be seen by the public? If your answer is yes, then this is your chance to shine.

We are calling out to all the artists and designers alike, to be a part of something big. We invite you to design a comic strip for “Swachh Bharat Mission, Singrauli”.

The selected design will be posted on various platforms, where thousands of people can view it. If you are an artist, a professional designer, a budding talent with raw ideas or even a student fluent with a pencil, then this platform is yours to take.

The content of the comic is as follows:
● The comic strip should contain at least 2 characters in a cartooned or caricature theme.
● Characters should be set in context of Rural India.
● The strip can have utmost 2/3 frames.
● Each frame should have equal height and width.
● The speech bubbles should not cover the entire comic or characters.
● Storyline of the comic strip is up to the imagination of the creator.

Prize: - The winner will get a cash prize of Rs 20000/-.

Terms & Conditions:
• The contest is open to all.
• Participant’s name, district, email address along with phone number must be submitted.
• A standard size of A4 (2480*3508 px) and highest DPI is recommended.
• The comic strip can be either digital or scanned in a digital format.
• RGB color profile for digital comics is recommended.
• Scanned copies should be of high quality and color accurate.
• The files should either be JPEG, JPG or PDF format.
• The content should be original and not taken from any third-party website.
• After the payment Copyright will be owned by the office of Chief Executive Officer Zila Panchayat, Singrauli, MP.
• Any plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
• In addition to the comic strip, we will need the frames with characters and blank conversation bubble.
• Multiple entries by a person and group entries are not allowed.
• The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
• By registering for participation in the contest, the participant(s) warrant that:
a) They have complied with the entry conditions;
b) Their entries are original;
c) Their entry does not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.

Note: Payment will be processed only after all the terms and conditions are fulfilled.
