Skill building is a powerful instrument to empower individuals and increase employability. To create a pool of young people who are able to create jobs, ICICI Academy for Skills in partnership with Directorate of Sports & Youth Welfare aims to provide training to less privileged youth of Madhya Pradesh. The academy offers short term vocational training programmes to youth who have dropped out of the formal education system.

The academy provides training, accommodation and food for free.

sabhi govt. school me ek career margdarshak hona chahiye. har hafte ek program career margdarshan ka hona chahiye , jisme bachcho ke parents ko bhi invite kiya jaye.vyavshayik prakshin ka advertise school or aganwadi ki deewaron par penting kar ke logo ko jagruk kar sakte.
