Madhya Pradesh government cares for you and your needs. The Energy Department has launched MP Saral Bijli Bill Scheme under the flagship Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan (Sambal) Yojana to ensure availability of electricity to the families of registered labourers at a nominal price of Rs 200 per month for domestic use. Honourable Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has launched this scheme in Madhya Pradesh to help the poor overcome from unnecessary financial burden.

People living in the state on a permanent basis will be allowed to get benefits of the scheme. Only those families of workers whose overall domestic power supply consumption is less than 1000 watts per month are eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme. Labourers households using Air Conditioners (AC), heaters and those with more than 1000 watts consumption will not be eligible. Under this scheme, the workers without power connection will be provided free electricity supply.

Any applicant who has a proper power connection and meter installed in his/her home will pay the bill as per the meter reading. All applicants must submit documents as proof for their identification. The name of the beneficiary is mandatory in the ID to be able to avail the benefits of the scheme. The beneficiaries can submit their application at the office of any nearby power distribution center.

Sir,Bahut achhe-2 schemes hai no dought but uska labh unlogo ko hi mil pa raha hai,jinko pata hai.kuch log aishe bhi hai jinko pata hi nahi chlta schemes ke baare me,suppose koi bataya bhi to proper informatin deta nahi.rural areas me bahut jayada currption hai abhi bhi.nagriko se extra money liye jate hai adhikario se,suppose jaha pe meeter chal raha hai,kabhi reading check karne nahi jate manmani bill bana ke de dete hai.

Sir,rural area me officers govt service kam,khud ka kaam jayda karte.
