Considering the growing menace of crime against children, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) e-box, an online complaint box was launched for reporting child sexual abuse. It is a digital platform for children to register a complaint instantly.

It is a National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) initiative to help children report such crimes directly to the commission. The objective of NCPPR is to ensure the protection of child rights in the state. The online complaint management system enables easy reporting and timely action against the offenders under the POCSO Act, 2012. E-Box is very simple to operate and will help to maintain the confidentiality of the complaint.

ABOUT POCSO ACT


Being concerned about such offences against children, the government enacted POCSO Act, 2012 to protect them from offences of sexual assault, sexual harassment and pornography, while safeguarding the interest of the child at every stage of the judicial process, by incorporating child friendly mechanisms for reporting, recording of evidence, investigation and speedy trial of offences through designated Special Courts. Any human being up to the age of 18 years is recognised as a child under the POCSO Act.
In order to spread awareness about POCSO e-box and make every child feel safe, Women and Child Development Department, Madhya Pradesh invites you to share your views on how to make this system more pervasive and beneficial.

Every suggestion will be taken in account and ensure a safer world to live in.

The High court bench made it clear that the states have to set up child friendly courts and vulnerable witness courts in all the districts . All Inquiries and trials under Juvenile Justice Act , protection of children from sexual offences Act, the prohibition of child marriages Act and other similar offences are required to be carried with a degree of sensitivity , care and empathy for the Juvenile victims,self defence , sex education should be made compulsory in schools.

बच्चों को अच्छे स्पर्श व बुरे स्पर्श में अंतर बताना आवश्यक है। मन आहत होता है जब बच्चों के साथ गलत तरीके से लोग पेश आते हैं। बच्चों को स्कूल में यह बताया जाए कि अच्छा स्पर्श क्या है। किसी भी के द्वारा विभिन्न अंगों को छूना गलत है व बच्चों को इसका विरोध करना आना चाहिए।

My body my rules ....First of allwe should make children aware of the secured and insecured touch or in easy language good touch or bad touch. the private part which is not meant for touching by anyone, not even by any relatives.
kids ones u r aware of good touch bad touch you will be able to understand the bad people.yuou should know the safe circle in the society. as well.

We are advocating establishment of child right in India and came up with idea to establish #SocialHelpGroup. A #SocialHelpGroup is a need to secure the childhood, to protect from negligence, to protect from any form of harm, abuse. The group has wider perspective, and w/o such group it is almost impossible to provide best of care & protection to the children. Such group will also involve in monitoring children near them which enables them to act proactively.
