मध्यप्रदेश बजट 2025-26 के लिए अपने महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव साझा करें
बजट, प्रदेश के सर्वांगीण विकास व आम नागरिकों के खुशहाल जीवन को साकार करने, सतत् विकास की गति बनाये रखने, आधारभूत सुविधाओ का विकास व सभी वर्गों के कल्याण में महत्वपूर्ण साधन रहा है।
माननीय मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव जी के नेतृत्व व मार्गदर्शन में बजट के माध्यम से प्रदेश में आर्थिक गतिविधियों के विस्तार के साथ-साथ, रोजगार के नये अवसर दिये जा रहे है। प्रदेश में शासन एवं उसकी आनुषंगिक संस्थाओं द्वारा एक लाख से अधिक पदों की पूर्ति की जाना लक्षित है।
माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के द्वारा संकल्पित विकसित भारत @2047 के लक्ष्य में मध्यप्रदेश भी अपना योगदान देने लिए अग्रसर है तथा इसी तर्ज पर विकसित मध्यप्रदेश@2047 का विजन तैयार किया जा रहा है। इन निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति को ध्यान में रखते हुये वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के लिये प्रदेश के बजट को स्वरूप दिया जाना है।
प्रक्रिया में समाज के सभी वर्गों से प्राप्त सुझावों, मार्गदर्शन, प्राथमिकताओं आदि से प्रदेश का बजट, प्रदेश के सर्वांगीण विकास की दिशा में बढ़ाया गया एक और कदम बनेगा। प्रदेश की राजस्व आय में वृध्दि के सुझाव भी बजट को और अधिक लोक कल्याणकारी स्वरूप देने में सहयोग देंगे।

मुख्य क्षेत्र :-
1. हरित ऊर्जा जैसे बायो गैस, सौर ऊर्जा, पवन ऊर्जा एवं सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र स्थापित करने हेतु संभावित स्थलों के संबंध में सुझाव
2. विद्युत ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में गुणात्मक सुधार जैसे-स्मार्ट मीटर, एव्हरेज बिल की जगह एक्च्युअल बिल, विद्युत के पुराने तारों के स्थान पर केबल तार स्थापित करने, सडकों के मध्य आने वाले पोल को प्रतिस्थापित करने, अस्थाई विद्युत कनेक्शनों को स्थाई विद्युत कनेक्शनों में परिवर्तित करने हेतु तथ्यात्मक सुझाव
3. परिवहन के क्षेत्र में गुणात्मक सुधार हेतु सडकों (जिला मार्ग, राज्य मार्ग एवं अन्तर्राज्यीय मार्ग) के विकास हेतु तथ्यात्मक सुझाव एवं ई-परिवहन को बढावा देने हेतु सुझाव/विचार/प्रस्ताव
4. ग्रामीण विकास हेतु परंपरागत व्यवसायों के पुनर्रुध्दार, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वच्छता, पेयजल एवं अधोसंरचनात्मक विकास हेतु तथ्यात्मक सुझाव
5. गौ-वंश के संवर्धन, सरंक्षण एवं गौचारण भूमि को अतिक्रमण से मुक्त कराने हेतु सुझाव।
6. मत्स्य विकास, मुर्गीपालन, दुग्ध उत्पादन, कृषि विकास, उद्यानिकी एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण को बढावा देने हेतु उत्पादन एवं निर्यात के संबंध में सुझाव
7. प्रदेश में प्रवाहित समस्त नदियों एवं जल स्त्रोतों के संरक्षण, संवर्धन एवं पुनर्रुध्दार हेतु सुझाव।
8. प्रदेश के वनों, वन्य जीवों तथा जैव-विविधता के संरक्षण, संवर्धन एवं पुनर्रुध्दार तथा वन ग्रामों में निवासरत जन जीवन की मूलभूत सुविधाओं के विकास हेतु सुझाव।
9. स्थानीय पर्यटन को बढावा दिये जाने हेतु मध्यप्रदेश में स्थित धार्मिक, नैसर्गिक (प्राकृतिक), ऐतिहासिक धरोहरों/स्थलों के विकास हेतु तथ्यात्मक सुझाव
10. शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बेहतर अधोसंरचनात्मक विकास हेतु सरकार के अतिरिक्त आम जनों के द्वारा आर्थिक सहयोग प्राप्त किये जाने हेतु सुझाव
11. रोजगार एवं उद्योग के क्षेत्र में गुणात्मक सुधार हेतु क्षेत्र विशेष जैसे- जिला, ब्लॉक, नगर, ग्राम आदि में स्थापित किये जा सकने वाले उद्योग (निर्माण उद्योग, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, कृषि उद्योग एवं फर्नीचर उद्योग, कुटीर एवं हथकरघा, टेक्सटाईल, खिलौना, स्टेशनरी, गृह निर्माण सामग्री, वनोपज प्रसंस्करण, औषधि निर्माण आदि)
12. वोकल फॉर लोकल के अंतर्गत एक जिला एक उत्पाद के लिए स्थानीय उत्पादों के उत्पादन एवं निर्यात हेतु सुझाव
13. प्रदेश के पुराने शहरों में सड़को/गलियारों के चौड़ीकरण, ऐतिहासिक व पुरानें बाजारों के पुनर्विकास एवं अतिक्रमण/झुग्गी मुक्त शहरों की परिकल्पना हेतु सुझाव
14. सड़क, पुल, पार्कों एवं अन्य अधोसंरचनात्मक विकास हेतु सुझाव।
15. जन स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित क्षेत्रों पर सुझाव
16. महिला एवं बाल विकास से संबंधित क्षेत्रों पर सुझाव
17. सामाजिक सुधार जैसे- दिव्यांगजन/भिखारियों/आवासहीन/बेसहारा जनों आदि के कल्याण हेतु सुझाव
