महिलाओं को सशक्त करने का सबसे अच्छा साधन है की उन्हें ज्यादा से ज्यादा उद्योग धंधो में लगाया जाये , उन्हें उद्योग लगाने के लिए उचित ट्रेनिंग्स प्रदान की जाये ताकि वो भी अच्छे उद्यम में सम्मिलित हो सके और अपनी और अपने परिवार को सक्षम बना सके , उनके लिए काम ब्याज पर ऋण प्रदान किये जाये , टेक्निकल ट्रेनिंग्स दी जाये , उन्हें ऐसे किसी उद्यम में लगाया जाये जो उनकी स्किल को और प्रोग्रेसिव बना सके क्युकी नारी सशक्त बनेगी तो समाज सशक्त बनेगा
