COVID-19 has posed a serious threat to life and so far we have been able to control the spread in the community by strictly following the lockdown for more than a month. It is of prime importance for us to understand that COVID-19 is a serious concern and we all have to be extremely cautious about the situation and take maximum possible precautions.

We invite your suggestions on how lockdown should be lifted in the following areas such as-

I am a teacher: 1 teacher hone ke nate me ye advice krnachahta hu ke jab tak is covid ki medicine ya vaccine nhi mil jati h tab tak har 1 ghar me 2 logo ko ghar se bahar nikalne or apna kaam shuru krne ke liye pass diya jaye : isse hoga ye ke sabhi log apna apna work shuru kr payenge sath hi market me jyada bhid bhi nhi hogi jisse covid ka khatra kam rhega. Or sabhi ki roji roti bhi chalti rahegi. Mask or sanitizer to sabhi ke liye compulsory h. Schools or colleges open krne ke liye bhi idea h.

We are facing Curfew / Lock down last 54 days since 21 March 2020 all our activities & life spilled. All the World including America is removing Lock down from 15th May. You are requested to open our market excluding cantonment area so that financial activities may start state is facing very poor economy. I wont to draw your kind attention and do the needful

Solutions
1 we have to do a paradigm shift from city centric economy to village centric economy I.e. start production activities at village level
2 divide red zone areas into green orange and red zone too
3 start activities like open shops of essential items, production with proper restrictions & social distancing in green zones of red zones
4 open shops for long time to avoid crowd
5 do more and more tests in contentment areas
6 restaurants malls like crowded areas should remain closed

Provide basic amenities to weaker sections first,
Open essential items shop for minimum 12 hours daily
Industries and farmers to be given more facilities keeping in mind the Rabi season as harvest is ready.
Social distancing to be promoted on ground level by educating the poor and slum population.
Provide them clean water to drink and sanitisation material.

माननीय मुख्यमंत्री महोदय,
गांव में बाहर से आने वाले कुछ लोग क्वारंटाईन नियमों का पालन नहीं कर रहे हैं जो कि ग्रामीण जनता के लिए समस्या बने हुए हैं अतः ग्रीन जोन में भी लाकडाउन पूरी तरह से खत्म नहीं करें। एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पुलिस व्यवस्था कड़ी कर गांवों की सुरक्षा करें।
