India is celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2, 2019. To mark Gandhi Jayanti, a drawing competition on the theme ‘Cleanliness and Mahatma Gandhi’ has been organised by State Public Service Agency (MP-SAPS) on the MP MyGov Portal. It is an endeavour to rekindle the thoughts and works of the Father of the Nation.

Every Indian citizens can participate in this online competition. To participate, the contestant must log on to https://mp.mygov.in/ portal. It will remain open from September 19 to October 10, 2019.

Important information about the contest and the subject:

Topic- Cleanliness and Mahatma Gandhi
• Certificate of appreciation will be awarded to five best entries in the competition- Certificates will be provided to selected winners. The best entries and winners in the competition will be selected by a committee formed by State Public Service Agency. The decision of the committee will be deemed final and binding.

Terms and Conditions of participation
• The contest is open to every Indian citizen
• While submitting entries, first mention subject name, followed by your drawing, your name, the name of your district, address, email id and mobile number
• Following an entry to the portal, send the original hardcopy to State Public Service Agency, Madhya Pradesh (SAPS-MP) 4th Floor, Book Building, Arera Hills Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Pin - 462011

• Special attention must be paid to the subject while participating
• In case of failure of consistency in the subject, entry will be revoked
• Participation will be cancelled if the original copy is not submitted.
• Participants associated with the contest must be registered on the portal mp.mygov.in
• Entries sent in the name of anybody else other than the participant will not be validated
• More than 1 entry by the same participant will not be accepted
• Entries will be selected by the Expert Panel
• The entry should not contain any offensive or provocative picture
• All copyright / copyright of my selected entry shall be from MP MyGov, State Public Service Agency (SAPS) Madhya Pradesh and reserve the right to make any changes in it.
• Participants registering their entries must ensure
a. They have complied with all terms and conditions of entry
b. The entry is original in nature
c. The entry does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
