It has often been seen that people travel in large numbers in tractor-trolleys, in an unsafe manner while carrying crops, for weddings, fairs, religious events, etc. Currently, the migrant labourers were also using any possible means to reach their homes by risking their lives due to which some accidents also occurred.

The loss of life is the biggest loss and it is necessary that measures should be taken which can prevent such accidents and protect people.

State Road Safety Cell invites the citizens to give their valuable suggestions on these subjects.
● What precautions should the driver take?
● What precautions should citizens take in such a situation?

PTRI, Police Headquarters, Bhopal; have conducted special campaigns from time to time, to reduce the number of increasing road accidents in the state.

Kanoon me dheel hona bharat me niyamo ko todne avam unka palan na krne ke liye protsahit krta h.
1.Sabse pahle sakht kanoon avam uchit jurmana hona chahiye.
2.Sadak durghatna me aham bhumika sadko par chhote rehadi avam sadak kinare parking Krna jo ki varjit h.
3.Ese rehadi walo ke liye ek vishes sthan chun kar unhe wha rehadi lagane ko prerit Krna chahiye.
4.Parking sadak kinare na ho iske liye sakht prashasnik vyavashtha ho.
5.Jagrukta program ka prasharan Krna chahiye.

चालक को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाना चाहिए और उन्हें कानून के नियमों की जानकारी देना चाहिए साथ ही उनका समय - समय पर नेत्र परीक्षण और स्वास्थ्य की जांच होना चाहिए। नागरिकों को इस प्रकार जोखिम में देख कर चालक व नागरिक दोनों को सजा या दंड का प्रावधान हो आप यदि सख्ती दिखाएंगे तो कुछ समय पश्चात ही सुधार नजर आने लगेगा।

my point is that drivers and citizens and even gov should take precautions to avoid accidents due to tractor-trolley movements.drivers should not be drunk and should drive safe and should be focused while driving.they should not talk on calls because this distracts the mind.citizens should also be aware while walking or driving on the roads.Administration should not give entry to tractors and trolley in the conjusted areas.

प्रदेश में बिना लाइसेंस ट्रैक्टर चलाने वालों के विरुद्ध वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।प्रदेश में ट्रैक्टर चालकों की लापरवाही से वाहन दुर्घटनाएं अधिक हो रही हैं और चालकों के पास लाइसेंस नहीं हैं। ऐसे चालकों चिह्नित कर बिना लाइसेंस ट्रैक्टर चलाने वालों के विरुद्ध वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। यह निर्देश परिवहन विभाग को देने चाहिए। यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉलियों के विरुद्ध अभियान चलाकर सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।मवेशियों के रहने के लिए अलग से स्थान होना चाहिए।

My suggestions
1. there should be a maximum speed limit of 45Kmph for the goods carrier like truck and
tractors even on the no-traffic path.
2. A law should be passed by the government that on the highway driver must maintain a gap of
5 meter to the vehicle which is in front of it, breaking the law will result into fine.
3. Driver should always keep an eye on the cattle nearby roads or on mid of the road. (cattle
and other animals are a major factor for road fatalities).

Indian roads are among the most notorious in the world as it claims over 1.5 lakh lives each year and most of it is due to people’s lack of traffic sense. The central government previously failed to take the necessary steps however it has decided to crackdown on traffic offenses right now. This, they are doing by making the law and its subsequent punishment a lot more stricter.

1) यात्रियों को शांति से बैठे रहना चाहिए
2) वाहन चालक को मोड़ में वाहन को धीमी रफ़्तार से चलना चाहिए
3) वाहन की पूर्ण तरीके से जांच कर ले कही से खराब तो नहीं है

To stop such things to happen no need of making new rules and regulations because already govt. Had made very tough rules which are sufficient.
Like driving license compalsry, no drink and drivepassenger in seat etc.
Also the road patches should be filled.
As I think govt. Should only think that how to implement the rules to the public as well as to the perticultes whose are responsible to do those work.
Like govt office to work hard and honestly in road maintenance work and traffic police
