The only way to count everyone and to track all births, deaths and marriages is through registration.

Registration provides the basis for individual legal identity and is mandatory to live a lawful life.
Registration of births, deaths and marriage is also very important for social and economic entitlements. The information received from the registration process is instrumental in creating public policies and shape Government Programmes.

The information of childbirth, marriage or death of any family member can be given to a nearby registrar office (Gram Panchayat in rural areas and Nagar Palika/Nagar Parishad/ Nagar Nigam office in urban areas) to process the birth, death and marriage registration.

Planning, Economics and Statistics Department, Madhya Pradesh invites suggestions/ideas for promoting registration of birth/death/marriage among citizens.

Birth & Death Certificate should be issued to all without any request.
Facility is available in government Hospital. Same should be available at Private Hospital.
Issue instruction to Private Hospital to shared all details to nearest government Hospital of every Death & Birth. Authorized Officer at Government Hospital will issue a certificate for Birth & Death being registered at Private Hospital. This part is left. Once people leave Hospital without Birth Certificate then it goes for long.

इसकी जानकारी ग्राम पंचायत वालो को सभी लोगो को देनी चाहिए, पहले सरपंच और सचिव और अन्य स्टाफ को समझाया जाये

श्रीमान जी,
मेरा नाम रूपेंद्र कुमार चौकीकर है इस सम्बन्ध मई मेरा सुझाव है की हमें सबसे पहले इसकी जानकारी लोगो को देनी होगी इसके लिए शहरो में बैनर ,होडिंग, और विज्ञापन दिखने होंगे तथा हमारी गांव की जनता को केवल नुकड़ नौटंकी के जरिये बताना होगा और सभी को सरकारी ऑफिस पर भरोसा होता है इसलिए हमें तहशील कार्यालय या हॉस्पिटल में पर्टिकुलर ऐसे केंद्र खोलने चाहिए जो कुछ समय के लिए रेगुलर फिर आवशकता अनुसार होंगे ।
