Mining with help of machines means excavation and loading with. Machine shall not be allowed in any condition in the river mining area to safe guard the river ecological balance.

More the number of Service providers, lessor the chances of Illegal mini golf. The service providers in Itself would check the Illegal mining by keeping an eye on the other service providers for any shortcomings g's and shortcut methods.

Joint Inspection teams/Flying squads comprising of Mining department official/Mining corporation/RTO Office shall be appointed and ther should be rotation to officers on fortnight basis so that the system cannot be cracked by the rule breakers.The check post sshall be well Equipped with CCTVS cameras and frequent Inspection of these check posts shall be done on random basis by these flying squads.This would put check on service providers also so that they could not help in illegal mining.

The mines shall be with Government only and Government shall Appoint service provider by Inviting E-Offer from Interested parties/Persons to give services as service provider for all the mines where mining can be done as per the Environment rules/Forest rules.The person with lowest offer shall be appointed service provider after submission of requisite Bank Guarantee.Any person /Company/Firm in entity of Individual/Proprietor./Partner shall be allowed to provide service for maximum three mines.

छोटी बड़ी समस्त नादिया, नाले से वैध तरीक़े अपनाए, जिससे नदी गहरी होकर जल भरा होगा ओर नदी के तट नहीं कटेंगे ओर बाड़ काँ पानी खेतों में नहि जाएगा। जिससे खेतों में कोई नुक़सान नहि होगा ओर पनी भी नदियों में जमा रहेगा।

It would be best If Government Itself supplies Sand on a fix price as suggested earlier on this day.The selling rights shall be with Government only.Narmada mine shall also be Operational.
There shall be check posts and there shall be flying squads for random checking of vehicles and check posts.The check posts shall be equipped with CCTV's The posting of duty officers in the flying squads shall be rotated fort night basis so that system cannot be cracked by the rule breakers.

If sand is given free or the model of Chhattisgarh is opted then Mafia Raaj would flourish as the 'BAHUBALIS' would take control of the river mining areas and this may also result in gang wars and fight for supremacy and taking control of river areas for excavation of sand.If less mines would Operate then in that case the cost of sand would go up as lessor players would form cartel and control the prices therefore mining in Narmada shall also be allowed but the mines should be with Governnment.
